On the morning of December 19th, our college counselor, Mr. Zhuang Biyun, stood out among the 15 contestants in the school's 2019 counselor quality and competence rematch and won the first prize.

   It is reported that the competition is hosted by the Student Work Department of the Party Committee. The competition is divided into two stages: preliminary test and rematch. On the morning of December 5th, the whole school counselor participated in the written test of Teach 3312. The written test included single-choice questions, multiple-choice questions, correction questions, short answer questions, exposition questions, and writing. The content covered Marxist theory, counseling The professional theoretical knowledge necessary for the post work, daily student work related content and web writing. According to the results of the first test, the top 15 counselors entered the rematch.

    The rematch was held in the lecture hall on the third floor of the administration building on the morning of December 19, and included three items including familiar class knowledge, theory lecture and case analysis. Class Familiarity mainly examines the familiarity of the tutors with the basic situation of the students they bring; by setting a small program on the mobile phone, 20 students are randomly selected, and the tutors identify the students' names, professional classes, positions, and families through photos Status and other basic information. Theory preaching mainly examines the level and effect of the lecturer's theoretical preaching. Case Analysis focuses on the counselor's ability to analyze and solve problems.

         This competition consists of 3 first prizes, 5 second prizes and 7 third prizes. The school will select the best players to represent the school to participate in the 8th Guangdong College Counselor Quality and Competence Competition.
