The post-harvest quality of fruits mainly comes from pre-harvest. The quality at the time of harvest has a huge impact on the effective application of post-harvest preservation technology. Only high-quality and healthy fruits can have good storage and transportation quality and obtain ideal post-harvest preservation effects. . In view of the many problems in the formation of longan fruit quality, with storage and transportation quality as the core of the research, this result reveals the law and mechanism of sugar composition changes during longan fruit development, maturity and sugar reduction during tree hanging, and evaluated different longan germplasm resources The characteristics of sugar accumulation and sugar reduction, the specific ripeness is proposed as an important reference index for measuring fruit maturity; the physical and chemical index evaluation model for judging the harvest quality of longan fruit and the storage quality evaluation model of longan fruit at room temperature/low temperature have been constructed. And index database, formulated the fresh fruit grading standard of the main plant variety'Shixie' Chuliang'; developed the longan flower thinning and fruit thinning combined with the crown control technology, formulated a reasonable load parameter combination, and constructed the pre-harvest quality of longan fresh fruit The key technology system of management and joint control has significantly improved the harvest quality and storage performance of longan fruits. In the main longan producing areas of Maoming, Yangjiang, Huizhou, Chaozhou, Jiangmen, Guangdong Province, the area of promotion and application totals more than 800,000 mu, accounting for about 40% of the total longan planting area in the province.
The acquisition of this technological achievement has improved the quality and efficiency of fresh longan fruit products in our province and upgraded the industrial quality.
