The optimization of the variety structure has increased the good variety rate of the litchi industry in Guangdong by more than 60% and the economic benefit by more than 50%. Professor Hu Guibing evaluated the Xiangmizao lychees at the on-site observation and tasting meeting of new extra-early lychee varieties held in Dianbai District, Maoming City, and believed that Xiangmizao was of great significance for optimizing the structure of lychee varieties. This technology can overcome the phenomenon of high-quality late-maturing lychees, saving fertilizer, labor and labor. The production capacity can reach 1200 to 1500 catties, and the quality is good. There are good harvests regardless of the size of the year. It has produced a good social response and is well recognized by local fruit farmers.
