The major of tea science aims to cultivate applied talents with capabilities in tea production, tea deep processing, tea culture services, tea review and quality inspection, and tea trade and marketing.
In order to implement the requirements of our school's three-dimensional education work, give full play to the function of practical education, enhance students' professional understanding, establish learning goals, and enhance the ability of innovation and practice. On October 31, under the leadership of Mr. Chen Wenpin, Zhang Lingzhi, Sun Binmei, and Liu Heyong, more than 80 classmates from Class 1, 2 and 3 of our school of 2021 tea went to the Lancang Ancient Tea National Marketing Center to visit and train.
Lancang Ancient Tea is a comprehensive tea enterprise integrating planting, production, processing and sales. Its national marketing center is located in Liwan District, Guangzhou. Yuan Han, the deputy general manager of the company, was a 2008 alumni of our school. Under the leadership of the alumni, the students visited and understood the corporate culture development, product features and advantages of Lancang Ancient Tea, R&D and tasting process, department setting and office environment. Have a more comprehensive understanding of the development model and prospects of tea enterprises.
After visiting the internship, the alumni and the students had a lively discussion and sharing through seminars, and they gave detailed answers on the ability training of college students, the employment prospects of tea majors, and the development direction that the students care about.
