The 8th Undergraduate Model Leading Program Defense Conference of the College of Horticulture has successfully concluded

In order to inspire and lead our students to strengthen their ideals and beliefs, strengthen their abilities and responsibilities, set up excellent models, and form a positive atmosphere of "compared to learn". On the evening of December 10th, the 8th Undergraduate Model Leading Program Defense Conference of the College of Horticulture was grandly held in the 224 lecture hall of the courtyard building. Ma Qiang, deputy secretary of the party committee of the college, teachers Liu Zhipeng, Wang Manfei, Zhang Yuxi, Zhang Ye, and Liu Heyong, etc. attended the conference and served as judges. The conference was also attended by representatives of students' classes in our college.

A total of 16 individual students and 2 dormitory representatives participated in the on-site defense in this defense conference, and they were running for 6 awards including gardening star, self-improvement star, cultural and sports star, community party member star, academic star, and star civilized dormitory. The judges comprehensively give scores based on the applicant's application materials, defense performance, and deeds evaluation, accounting for 80% of the total score. After the defense is completed, the representatives of each class will vote on the respondent, and the score will be calculated on the spot, accounting for 20% of the total score.

After the voting session, Deputy Secretary Ma Qiang came to the stage to make a concluding speech, fully affirming the vigorous spirit, daily hard work, and excellent performance of the Guang University of Horticultural University.
