In order to promote the employment of the 2022 graduates of the School of Horticulture, on the afternoon of May 6, the employment promotion meeting for the 2022 graduates of the School of Horticulture was held in 507 of the school building. Zhang Yifa, secretary of the party committee of the college, Hu Guibing, dean, Ma Qiang, deputy secretary of the party committee, heads of departments of the college, and class teachers of each graduating class jointly attended the meeting.
Deputy Secretary Ma Qiang firstly gave a briefing on the current employment situation and postgraduate entrance examination situation, and put forward the countermeasures to promote employment. The employment guidance for students should be classified into intentional units, unintentional units and unintended units. Precise employment guidance is provided for 6 types of students in the World War II Postgraduate Examination, Examination for Public Institutions and Institutions, No Employment Willingness, and Delayed Graduation.
Secretary Zhang Yifa pointed out that the number of students this year is large, and there are fewer jobs than in previous years. The college should consolidate its responsibilities and build a system of divided and contracted employment for graduates, from college leaders to department heads to class teachers and graduate tutors. Carry out segment contact and contract work to form a joint effort under the responsibility of layered consolidation. Second, find ways to expand the supply of jobs.
Dean Hu Guibing hopes that all class teachers will actively help students in their employment. In the future, it is necessary to strengthen information communication, regularly feedback the employment information of each class, and actively take measures to jointly promote related work.
